Managing Your Account
Your Uncle J's Dirty Apron BBQ account gives you access to Pitmaster Rewards, order history, and saved delivery addresses. Here's how to manage it.
Creating an Account
You don't need an account to place an order β but creating one is free and unlocks Pitmaster Rewards points on every purchase.
To create an account:
- Go to unclebbq.com/rewards
- Click Sign In / Create Account
- Sign up with your email address, or use Google or Apple sign-in
- Your account is created immediately β points will start accruing on your next order
Signing In
Click Sign In in the top navigation on any page at unclebbq.com. You can sign in with:
- Email + password
- Google account
- Apple ID
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email.
Changing Your Name or Email
Account details (name, email address, profile photo) are managed through your Clerk profile. After signing in, look for your account settings in the navigation menu or at unclebbq.com/rewards.
Note: If you change your email address, make sure it's updated in any active marketing subscriptions too, or you may miss promotional emails.
Saved Delivery Addresses
When you place a delivery order, you can save your address for future use. Saved addresses appear automatically at checkout so you don't need to re-enter them.
To remove a saved address, go to your account settings after signing in.
Linking a Phone Number
Adding a phone number to your account is optional, but it enables an extra layer of security during account verification steps (such as requesting account deletion or a data export).
To add or change your phone number, go to your profile settings after signing in.
Closing Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, visit the Privacy Rights Portal at unclebbq.com/privacy-rights.
