Earning Points

How many points do I earn per order? You earn 5 points for every $10 spent on eligible food and beverage items. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

What's included in the eligible subtotal? Points are based on your food and beverage subtotal only. Delivery fees, taxes, tips, and discount code deductions are excluded.

When do my points show up? Points are credited to your account automatically after your order is confirmed. This typically happens within a few minutes. If your points haven't appeared after 24 hours, contact us with your order number.

Do I earn points on catering orders? Points are not automatically applied to catering orders over $250 (those go through a quoting process). Contact us once your order is confirmed and we can add points manually.

Can I earn points as a guest without an account? No β€” you must be signed in to a Pitmaster Rewards account to earn points. If you placed a guest order and want to claim points, contact us within 48 hours with your order reference number and we'll see what we can do.

Where can I see my points balance? Sign in and go to unclebbq.com/rewards β€” your balance, tier, and recent transaction history are displayed there.

What perks come with higher tiers? Higher tiers receive early access to limited menus, birthday perks, and exclusive offers delivered to your email address. Watch your inbox as you level up.


Expiry & Resets

Do points expire? Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any qualifying purchase resets the expiration clock on your entire balance.

What happens to my points if I don't order for a while? If 12 months pass without a qualifying purchase, expired points are removed from your balance. Your tier level may also reset accordingly.

If I earn new points, does that reset the timer on old ones? Yes β€” any qualifying purchase resets the 12-month timer on your entire balance, not just the new points.


Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem my points? Redemption offers are emailed to you as you hit milestones. Watch for discount codes and free-item offers tied to your tier level. You cannot manually "spend" points at checkout like a currency.

Can I combine a reward code with a promotional discount code? No β€” only one discount code can be applied per order.


Account Issues

My points are wrong / I think I'm missing points. Contact us with your order number and we'll review your transaction history and correct any errors.

I deleted my account. Can I get my points back? No β€” account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All points and account history are deleted and cannot be recovered.

Can I transfer my points to another account? Points are non-transferable.
