Uncle J's Dirty Apron BBQ sends periodic emails to subscribers β including special offers, new menu announcements, and exclusive Pitmaster Rewards perks. Here's how to manage your preferences.
Subscribing
To join the Pit Crew email list:
- Visit unclebbq.com/subscribe
- Enter your email address
- Click Join the Pit Crew
You'll receive a confirmation email. After that, you're on the list and will hear from us when we have something worth sharing β we don't flood your inbox.
You can also subscribe from the Rewards page after signing in.
What We Send
- Promotional offers β discount codes, limited-time deals, and seasonal specials
- New menu items β when we add something new to the pit
- Pitmaster Rewards milestones β notifications when you've earned a new tier or special reward
- Event announcements β catering availability, special events, holiday hours
We do not sell your email address to third parties or send it to advertisers.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send contains an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it and you'll be removed from our list immediately β no login required.

Resubscribing
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe any time at unclebbq.com/subscribe.
Transactional Emails
In addition to marketing emails, we send transactional emails for events like:
- Order confirmations
- Delivery tracking notifications
- Account verification codes (for security steps)
Transactional emails are not marketing and cannot be turned off while your account is active β they are required for the service to function.
Frequently Asked Questions
I unsubscribed but I'm still getting emails. If you're receiving order confirmations or security codes, those are transactional β see above. If you're still receiving promotional emails after unsubscribing, contact us and we'll remove you manually.
I subscribed but never received a welcome email. Check your spam folder. If it's not there, try subscribing again with the same email address. If the issue persists, contact us.
I have multiple email addresses. Which one is on the list? Only the specific email address you used to subscribe is on our list. If you want to change your subscribed address, unsubscribe from the old one and subscribe with the new one.
